A beautiful and elegant Holsteiner bloodline stallion, Christopher Robin is also registered as an Oldenburg.  With Cor de la Bryere and Landgraf I blood, he also possesses rare Holsteiner Achille (Libero H) in his pedigree.  His sire Conquistador was the 1999 U.S. Leading Overall Dressage Sire at all USDF levels, and his dam was by the German National Reserve Champion Holsteiner stallion Held 52.  As a three-year-old, he has already acheived the Individual USDF Open High Score of 70.3% at a large show in California, with a score of 8 on gait, and USEF "S" judges comments of "fluid transitions, lovely canter, well-balanced, very obedient and steady, ground-covering gaits, and a good horse".  He is an excellent dressage type with three extremely correct gaits, perfect cadence and rhythm, plus elastic, fluid, and powerful movement.

On his sire's side, Cor de la Bryere is a producer of top-level competition horses, including Contrast, ridden by Herbert Blocker in the 3-day Event World Championships in 1982; the Olympic Bronze Medalist Corlandus (Dressage, 1988) ridden by Margit Otto Crepin; and the International Showjumpers Costa and Caletto I. Cor de la Bryere progeny have more knee action than most, and because this is also combined with good shoulder freedom, his progeny can "snap up" their forelegs for jumping, and also extend them for dressage.
