It was a quiet morning in Wales and Anna was visiting numerous fields and thousands of horses! Before she knew what hit her she saw the site that is now posted. A muddy but STUNNING specimen of a colt. He needed no introduction as it was only too clear that he was a son of Bob the Blagdon and something BEYOND SPECIAL!!!

He was in the nearest field to Bob and treated like upcoming royalty. No sheds for this lovely horse as he was and IS destined for greatness. He could only be at home in green fields with the sounds of mares calling and hooves thundering. He was the KING in his field and all the colts and geldings followed him in a quiet and respectful manner.

Anna tried to ignore the visions of foals from this superstar and the USA Nelson daughters prancing in her head. She tried to be quiet and thoughtful, snap a few photos and head to the next field. No matter what she saw though...he still haunted her thoughts in the day and her dreams at night.

She visited Bob and she visited Old Horse. She visited fields upon fields and she was always drawn to that special crossing. And as if fate wasn't already on her side she met a special mare in the field of Old Horse that struck her speechless. The Strap Filly was black as night except for a small star. She was the perfect example of a good cob/vanner and she shone like a brilliant star even through the mud. When asked about her produce it was discovered that she is the dam to the brilliant colt from Bob's Place. It was like dingers went off in my head and I could hardly think straight.

So, the phone call was made and photos were sent. The executive decision was approved and Master, the sensational Blagdon Colt was hailed from the fields of England to grace the fields of Rock Ranch.
